Matthew S. Blachowicz brings over 13 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has experience with acquisition, stabilization / asset management,  and disposition for an array of asset types. He is responsible for underwriting and deal sourcing.

Robert Swanson's expertise comes from over a decade of experience in the retail and multifamily asset class. Robert's mastery resides on the lending and research side of the business. He is responsible for capital markets, deal sourcing and raising capital. Robert is a CFA charterholder.
